We are conducting original research into modern career decision-making in collaboration with Imperial Business School.

This research explores how people actually make career choices today – what influences decisions, where traditional advice falls short and how confidence, identity and opportunity really intersect in modern working lives. The insights will shape future podcast series, written content, in-person events and advisory support for both individuals and organisations.

We are keen to speak with people who are navigating career change, building teams, rethinking progression or simply questioning how work is supposed to fit into their lives.
